LMS Integration Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Set up, deploy, and oversee JoVE LTI integrations within Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle, and Brightspace.

• Collaborate directly with university LMS administrators and IT departments to implement and provision JoVE tools.

• Administer LTI credentials, security settings, and deployment processes.

• Conduct testing, validation, and quality assurance of integrations, including deep linking, grade passback, and authentication.

• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to access errors, content launch failures, and configuration discrepancies.

• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to relay client feedback and enhance integration functionalities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

• Over 3 years of demonstrated expertise in SaaS ecosystems, API connectivity, technical solution delivery, or sales engineering support.

• Familiarity with LTI standards (LTI 1.1, LTI 1.3) is a plus.

• Capability to independently troubleshoot technical issues.

• Exceptional English communication skills.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
