Litigation Evaluation Paralegal, Employment Law

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Evaluate intake files to pinpoint possible violations of employment law, along with assessing damages and liability.

• Conduct interviews with clients to collect and clarify essential information.

• Analyze the viability of claims and draft detailed case evaluations.

• Provide attorneys with clear, well-supported recommendations.

• Work in partnership with attorneys throughout the case underwriting process.

• Engage with clients in a professional and compassionate manner.

• Ensure accurate records and documentation are maintained within the case management system.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in employment law, litigation support, or pre-litigation assessment.

• A Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate is preferred.

• Exceptional writing, critical thinking, and analytical capabilities.

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management software.

• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus, but not mandatory.
