Litigation Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collaborate as part of a team and occasionally engage with Engineering, Application, IT, and Project Management teams.

• Extract, transform, and load data to hosted platforms using custom plugins or flat files.

• Offer technical support to customers via telephone, email, and screen-sharing sessions.

• Set up accounts and send invitations to end users, providing platform walkthroughs upon request.

• Create databases and define customer permissions prior to issuing credentials.

• Address client inquiries related to printing, search results/creation, and technical challenges.

• Manage tasks from the internal task system while complying with internal service level agreements (SLAs).

• Participate in team meetings and company town hall sessions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience (3+ years).

• Proficient knowledge and experience with E-Discovery tools, particularly Relativity.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.

• Keen attention to detail while juggling multiple tasks.

• Strong critical thinking abilities and capacity to understand complex work instructions.

• High technical aptitude or a fast learning curve.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• No specific license or certification required.
