Litigation Attorney – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform legal research to support case development

• Create pleadings, legal briefs, and memoranda

• Prepare discovery-related documents, such as motions, deposition outlines, and third-party subpoenas

• Assist in the preparation of expert reports

• Provide support for ongoing and new litigation efforts

• Dedicate 20–40 hours per week to substantive litigation activities

• Collaborate with the Protect Democracy team to uphold free and fair elections

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of three years of experience in civil litigation

• Must be able to commit at least 20 hours per week starting no later than October 5, 2026, through late March 2027

• Availability to begin work by October 5, 2026

• Ability to handle fast-paced litigation scenarios

• Experience with some or all of the specified litigation tasks

• Strong dedication to preventing the decline of democracy into a more authoritarian government

• Active bar membership in good standing within the jurisdiction of residence

• Submission of resume and writing sample as PDFs is required

• Must comply with all relevant bar membership regulations
