This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Analyze realistic international dispute cases
• Compare six anonymized legal documents labeled A–F against a standard comparator output
• Conduct five direct comparisons
• Evaluate legal reasoning, procedural analysis, strategic recommendations, accuracy, completeness, judgment, and practical applicability
• Review cases related to international arbitration, recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards, cross-border disputes, emergency measures, and interim relief
• Identify significant legal errors, omissions, unsupported arguments, weaknesses in legal reasoning, and issues with execution strategies
• Assess jurisdictional, procedural, enforcement, remedies, urgency, and strategic factors
• Determine the more robust legal response based on substantive quality
• Deliver concise and precise written reasoning for every decision made regarding preferences
• Adhere to project guidelines and evaluation criteria consistently
• Licensed attorney located in Mexico
• Substantial professional experience in international arbitration and cross-border disputes
• Strong background in one or more areas: international arbitration, enforcement of arbitral awards, cross-border disputes, emergency or interim relief
• Capable of evaluating legal work comprehensively for accuracy, completeness, judgment, and practical relevance
• Excellent legal analytical skills
• Proficient in written English
• Comfortable comparing competing legal frameworks and articulating preference decisions
• Able to work autonomously following detailed written instructions and meeting deadlines
• Use of external AI tools is prohibited for any project materials
• Work must be completed without utilizing confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, institution, or other third party
• H1-B and STEM OPT support is not available for this position
• Fully remote position within Mexico
• Part-time contract engagement
• Flexible project duration; projects may be extended, shortened, or concluded based on needs and performance
