This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee cases during all stages of litigation

• Prepare cases for trial proceedings

• Manage asbestos and talc toxic tort litigation

• Offer legal expertise, innovative solutions, and trial advocacy for a diverse clientele, including major corporations, small enterprises, and individuals

• Become a part of Foley & Mansfield’s California toxic tort division

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in defense litigation

• Practical experience in managing a case file from initiation to resolution

• Preferred knowledge of products liability, toxic tort, and/or general liability law

• Required admission to practice in California

• Must be licensed to practice law in California

• Strong oral and written advocacy skills

• Required to submit a resume, writing sample, and salary expectations

• Must meet applicable work authorization requirements through the Form I-9/E-Verify process
