• Minimum of 3 years’ experience; candidates of all experience levels are encouraged to apply

• Ability to work well in a team

• Strong skills in litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking

• Solid academic credentials

• Demonstrated research abilities

• Self-motivated and capable of managing tasks with little oversight

• Trial experience is preferred but not mandatory

• Must hold a license to practice in New York

• Admission in New Jersey is advantageous
