This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
β’ Oversee foreclosure, collections, and title claims issues for institutional clients.
β’ Manage a consistent caseload within a high-volume creditors' rights practice.
β’ Compose pleadings, motions, correspondence, and settlement communications.
β’ Support contested matters, attend court appearances, and assist in issue resolution as required.
β’ Collaborate closely with attorneys, paralegals, and operations teams to ensure efficient file management.
β’ Deliver clear updates to clients and maintain precise case tracking.
β’ Utilize strong legal judgment in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
β’ Work remotely with an experienced multi-state team while independently handling assigned cases.
β’ A valid Virginia Bar license is mandatory.
β’ Minimum of 2 years of experience in foreclosure, collections, title claims, creditors' rights, or closely related default servicing is essential.
β’ Prior experience representing lenders, mortgage servicers, financial institutions, or creditors is preferred.
β’ Ability to manage cases in a high-volume legal setting.
β’ Excellent legal writing, communication, and organizational skills.
β’ Competence in managing deadlines and prioritizing tasks.
β’ Capability to work effectively in a remote environment.
β’ Additional state bar licenses are considered a significant advantage.
