IP and Technology Transactions Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +11 more states.

📋 Description

• Prepare, assess, and negotiate agreements with customers and vendors.

• Manage agreements related to technology, purchases, services, and consulting.

• Act as the primary representative of the Legal team in reviewing RFPs and DDQs.

• Serve as the internal liaison for external counsel dealing with NDAs.

• Provide guidance to business team members on intellectual property matters and other legal concerns, including generative artificial intelligence.

• Assist with general corporate, employment, and litigation issues as required.

• Represent Arcesium in negotiating customer and vendor relationships as a member of the Legal & Compliance team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A law degree with an exceptional academic record.

• A minimum of 3–5 years of experience either in-house or at a law firm.

• Proficient in reviewing and negotiating licensing, technology, and other commercial contracts for both customers and vendors.

• Skilled in advising clients on intellectual property matters and interpreting contracts.

• Previous experience with open-source software and/or generative artificial intelligence is advantageous, though not mandatory.

• Ability to manage competing priorities effectively and work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.

• Strong analytical skills, excellent judgment, meticulous attention to detail, a commendable work ethic, and proven drafting, communication, and organizational capabilities.
