This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee cases through all stages of litigation

• Prepare cases for trial presentation

• Manage California toxic tort cases, specifically focusing on asbestos and talc

• Guide case files from start to finish

• Deliver both oral and written advocacy

• Become a part of Foley & Mansfield's California toxic tort team

• Work remotely from Northern California

⛳️ Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in defense litigation

• Proven track record of managing a case file from start to finish

• Preferably knowledgeable in products liability, toxic tort, and/or general liability law

• Experience in trial proceedings

• Required admission to practice law in California

• Must hold a California law license

• Exceptional oral and written advocacy abilities

• Submission of resume, writing sample, and salary expectations is required for consideration

• Must provide information for employment authorization verification via Form I-9; employer participates in E-Verify
