Litigation Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee cases through all stages of litigation

• Prepare cases for trial proceedings

• Manage case files from beginning to end

• Provide both oral and written advocacy

• Demonstrate professional judgment and initiative

• Become a part of Foley & Mansfield’s California general litigation team

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in defense litigation

• Practical experience managing a case file from start to finish

• Familiarity with products liability, toxic tort, and/or general liability law is preferred

• Must be licensed to practice in California

• Strong oral and written advocacy skills

• Good judgment and proactive initiative

• Provide a resume, writing sample, and salary expectations

• Must submit information for Form I-9 work authorization verification via E-Verify
