Litigation Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Join the Los Angeles office of our firm as a Litigation Associate Attorney.

• Manage business and/or commercial litigation cases.

• Conduct and actively participate in depositions.

• Build and expand your own book of business.

• Take on substantial responsibilities right from the start.

• Utilize leadership, initiative, analytical abilities, and advocacy skills in your litigation tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of relevant litigation experience.

• Significant experience in business and/or commercial litigation.

• Proven ability and eagerness to develop a book of business.

• Required experience in Labor & Employment defense litigation.

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

• Strong analytical and advocacy capabilities.

• Experience with depositions.

• Demonstrated leadership qualities and initiative.

• Capacity to take on considerable responsibility immediately.

• Must be licensed to practice in California.
