📋 Description

• Respond to calls in a courteous and professional manner

• Be ready to take detailed notes during calls

• Deliver all messages with accuracy and completeness

• Ensure the highest standard of customer service while interpreting

• Assist in communication between clients and those with Limited English Proficiency
