Link Building & Outreach Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Manage comprehensive link-building campaigns from conception to execution, which includes identifying target sites, acquiring contact details, and crafting pitches.

• Analyze competitor backlink strategies utilizing tools like Ahrefs or SEMrush to uncover replicable, high-value link opportunities.

• Establish, negotiate, and sustain relationships with publishers, link partners, bloggers, and editors.

• Evaluate links and brand mentions against quality standards, such as minimum Domain Rating (DR), organic traffic, and relevance.

• Monitor live links and provide weekly and monthly performance reports on campaign effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience in link building or digital public relations.

• Proficient in using Ahrefs or SEMrush.

• Familiarity with link-building platforms like Pitchbox or similar tools.

• Experience with outreach tools and public relations platforms, including MuckRack and HARO.

• Excellent written communication skills in English.

• Ability to handle rejection and demonstrate persistence in follow-up communications.

• Experience with Pitchbox is an advantage.

• Background in evaluating websites, assessing link value, and pricing placements is a plus.

• Established connections with publishers, webmasters, and journalists are advantageous.

• Knowledge of digital PR strategies such as newsjacking and HARO is beneficial.

• Basic understanding of HTML and WordPress for guest post uploads is a bonus.
