Limited Licensed Master Social Worker, LLMSW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Deliver telehealth therapy services to the Medicaid demographic.

• Concentrate on clinical care while the organization manages billing, insurance, and credentialing processes.

• Choose referrals and establish a caseload that aligns with your personal availability.

• Perform therapy sessions or assessments and create customized treatment plans.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to guide care strategies effectively.

• Partner with clients to support them in reaching their objectives.

• Collaborate with an independently licensed supervisor while accumulating hours toward full licensure.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a valid LLMSW license in good standing within the state of Michigan.

• Hold a Master’s degree in Social Work.

• Have a minimum of 6 months of practical therapy or assessment experience.

• Maintain personal malpractice insurance ($1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate).

• Be comfortable using EHR systems and various digital tools.

• Have a quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office setup.

• Own a computer and a reliable internet connection for confidential virtual sessions.

• Be fluent in English.

• Proficiency in Spanish is preferred; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

• Have a solid understanding of mental health diagnoses.

• Be knowledgeable about developing effective, individualized treatment plans.

• Exhibit skills in conducting detailed assessments to inform care strategies.
