This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Connect with high-potential players using various communication channels while fostering strong, genuine relationships.

• Assess a player's potential for inclusion in the DraftKings VIP Program.

• Aid in the development and enhancement of strategies for player engagement and qualification.

• Gather feedback to support the improvement of the onboarding process and enhance the overall player experience.

• Play a role in business acquisition efforts for the launch of new state products.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a client-facing position.

• An analytical and solutions-oriented mindset.

• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and entrepreneurial setting.

• Willingness to travel and work during nights and weekends.

• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain the necessary State Gaming Licenses.
