Life & Health Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage real-time, warm inbound leads that have been pre-screened.

• Sell whole life insurance for final expenses as well as health insurance products.

• Evaluate offerings from leading A-rated insurance carriers.

• Provide impartial product recommendations tailored to customer needs.

• Utilize proprietary software to analyze and match products effectively.

• Offer immediate decisions at the point of sale.

• Address customer objections and achieve sales targets.

• Engage in coaching sessions and implement new sales techniques.

• Work during high-volume hours, especially in peak seasons.

• Maintain ongoing conversations while navigating multiple systems to retrieve critical information.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of sales experience is required.

• At least 1 year of telesales experience is preferred.

• An active Life, Accident, & Health resident insurance license is mandatory.

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

• A bachelor's degree is preferred.

• Job stability is essential.

• A proven track record of career advancement is preferred.

• Hardwired high-speed internet connection with a minimum download and upload speed of 20 Mbps is required.

• Must be able to work for extended periods while seated at a desk and using a computer.

• Willingness to commit to high-volume work hours during peak seasons is necessary.

• Strong technology skills are needed to operate multiple screens, proprietary CRM systems, and other platforms while maintaining customer conversations.
