Life & Annuity Transformation Leader – VP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish financial controls throughout the practice.

• Enhance operational performance outcomes and minimize leakage.

• Foster the integration of agentic solutions within operations.

• Address and resolve the backlog of operational automation challenges.

• Oversee the business analyst team tasked with implementing transformative solutions.

• Manage actuarial resources responsible for establishing financial and security controls.

• Design and execute agentic solutions to transition from human-centric to agentic processes with human oversight.

• Engage with clients and onboard them for the developed AI/agentic solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 15 years of experience in operations/BPO setup within Life & Annuity.

• Strong executive communication skills and the ability to influence both technical and business audiences.

• Excellent judgment and structured problem-solving skills in ambiguous situations.

• A mindset focused on ownership, accountability, and prioritizing client and quality outcomes.

• Capability to delegate and guide while remaining a credible hands-on expert.

• Experience collaborating across matrixed, multi-geography teams.

• FLMI or equivalent insurance certifications are preferred.

• Background in product transitions, block migrations, or onboarding new clients is preferred.

• Familiarity with analytics/AI-enabled operations and digital transformation in the insurance sector is preferred.

• Experience supporting pre-sales and commercial pricing for TPA/administration services is preferred.
