This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture relationships with Medicare, State Medicaid Agencies, managed care partners, recovery vendors, and representatives from private or other government liens.

• Collaborate with departmental leadership to develop resolution strategies and protocols tailored to project requirements and client directives.

• Coordinate with lien resolution operations teams regarding milestones, deliverables, and timelines associated with health plan agencies.

• Assist with client communications when necessary.

• Monitor the progress of health plan agency resolutions and ensure adherence to program/protocol requirements and internal service levels.

• Identify and escalate any delays or anticipated challenges.

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive directory of health plan agency profiles, key contacts, data points, and operational specifics.

• Incorporate directory information into operational applications and oversee updates.

• Act as the primary point of contact and authorized representative for access to health plan agency portals/accounts.

• Organize agency relationship meetings and sustain regular communication.

• Aid in creating, producing, and distributing reports for clients and health plan agencies.

• Engage in meetings with the tech/development team regarding the company's portal development.

• Work alongside the tech/development team on tool implementation and prioritizing issues.

• Support various lien resolution activities as required.


⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in managing relationships with external stakeholders, including government agencies, health plans, or managed care organizations within lien resolution, Medicare/Medicaid coordination, or healthcare revenue cycle operations.

• Proficient in working with technical data and addressing data-related issues in collaboration with internal teams.

• Effective collaboration across legal, operations, and technical teams.

• Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to navigate ambiguity with minimal supervision.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, demonstrating a commitment to accuracy and follow-through.

• Excellent professional communication skills for engaging with internal teams and external agency partners.

• Team-oriented and adaptable, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, remote work environment.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

• Willingness to travel minimally, 1–2 times per year, as necessary.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer-sponsored visa support, now or in the future.
