This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Conducting telephone outreach to transport companies to establish them as new delivery partners

• Qualifying transport companies over the phone regarding their fleet, vehicle types, operational areas, capacities, and basic requirements

• Following up with companies that have not responded to outreach emails via phone

• Targeted outreach to transport companies for the locations of major clients as part of specific projects

• AI-supported research, qualification, entry, maintenance, and updating of partner and contact data in HubSpot CRM, bexOS TMS, and other systems

• Documenting conversations, results, and follow-ups according to clear guidelines

• Internal communication with colleagues from sales, key account management, and operations

• Expanding partnerships with small and medium-sized transport companies and enhancing the carrier network

⛳️ Requirements

• Willingness to work remotely from home for at least 20 to 30 hours per week to contribute to the growth of the carrier network

• Enjoyment of phone communication and a communicative nature

• Positive approach to engaging with others and the ability to persuade

• Friendly demeanor in the face of rejection

• Clear communication, meticulous documentation, and reliability

• Structured working style and strong self-organization while working from home

• Proficient in German (at least C1 level)

• English is a plus; additional foreign languages are also an advantage

• Experience in sales, recruiting, call centers, customer service, or B2B outreach is desirable

• Experience in transport logistics is advantageous

• Ability to distinguish between a sprinter, a 7.5-ton vehicle, and a semi-trailer truck
