Líder Técnico, Java

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Take on the role of Technical Lead Java for a major client.

• Be part of a cross-functional team that specializes in Java.

• Provide technical guidance to other teams within the department.

• Assist in project initiation and technical definition.

• Develop small innovation initiatives and proof of concepts prior to their implementation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience with Kafka.

• Experience developing with Java 11-17 or later.

• Proficiency with Spring and its modules.

• Familiarity with both relational and non-relational databases at a high level, including scalar functions and query optimization.

• Experience or knowledge of hexagonal architecture and microservices.

• Experience in continuous integration.

• Experience with API Gateway.

• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Grafana.

• Experience in unit and integration testing.

• Knowledge of best practices, SOLID principles, and Clean Code.

• Experience with OpenAPI/API First.

• Familiarity with AI tools to support development is a plus.
