This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee tasks within strict deadlines while ensuring both speed and precision.
• Collect data and perform online research for medical professionals seeking new state licenses.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with licensing boards.
• Ensure that licensure details are completed efficiently and proactively, adhering to team guidelines.
• Deliver outstanding customer service through both verbal and written communication.
• Provide support to all team members as needed.
• Consistently offer detailed updates regarding the licensing process to medical professionals and internal sales teams.
• Prioritize tasks using the internal software application.
• Secure licensing for medical professionals to fulfill client requirements.
• Keep comprehensive and accurate records of all activities.
• Assist with special projects as assigned.
• Execute other duties as required.
• A minimum of a high school diploma is required.
• An Associate's degree or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn proprietary software.
• Willingness and ability to cover interim staffing gaps as necessary.
• Interest in expanding knowledge of the locum tenens business while staying informed about market trends and competitive issues through research and networking.
• Openness to participating in classes and learning opportunities, both within and outside the organization.
• Capacity to seek out different and innovative solutions to address challenges and opportunities.
• Capability to make critical decisions while adhering to company policies.
• Ability to take direction and complete tasks efficiently and promptly.
