Licensed Therapist – Telehealth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Perform thorough assessments and intake evaluations for new patients and families dealing with ADHD and anxiety.

• Offer tailored treatment recommendations, including referrals to community resources when suitable.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions for caregivers of children with ADHD, anxiety, and concurrent conditions like Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, integrated care.

• Engage in program development, evaluation, and research initiatives aligned with interests and organizational requirements.

• Influence the care model and enhance workflows to ensure high-quality, sustainable care.

• Deliver clinical services that include ADHD and anxiety assessments and parenting groups such as Parent Training in Behavior Management (BPT) and Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotion (SPACE).

⛳️ Requirements

• Licensed mental health professional (LPCC, LMFT, or LCSW).

• Master’s degree in a pertinent field.

• Currently licensed to practice in California.

• Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states, with support from the employer.

• Experience in integrated care environments.

• Familiarity with evidence-based practices, particularly in pediatric ADHD and anxiety.

• Proficient with technology and capable of learning virtual care tools.

• Must work from a private, secure location with reliable internet access.

• Availability for a minimum of 2 hours per week during peak hours: Monday–Friday from 6:00–8:00 pm PT and/or Saturday from 8:00 am–2:00 pm PT.

• Proficiency in Spanish is a plus, with a pay differential.
