Licensed Therapist, LCSW, LMFT, LPCC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Provide evidence-based, short-term virtual behavioral health counseling, utilizing CBT and Motivational Interviewing techniques for older adults.

• Facilitate lifestyle and behavior modifications pertaining to stress management, sleep hygiene, nutrition, physical activity, and weight loss.

• Maintain patient records and collaborate with other healthcare professionals using an electronic medical record (EMR) system.

• Collaborate with care coordinators, health coaches, and fellow clinicians to create tailored care plans.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess an active and unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license across multiple states, including CA, TX, FL, and/or PA.

• Have a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience.

• Hold at least 1 year of telehealth experience.

• Exhibit high proficiency with EMRs and various communication tools.

• Previous experience working with older adults (65+) or in the fields of geriatric health, chronic disease management, or lifestyle/preventative medicine.

• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and an empathy-driven approach to clinical practice.

• Be comfortable working independently within a dynamic startup environment.

• Show the ability to thrive in uncertain situations and establish systems and processes from the ground up.

• Commit to working 15 or more hours per week.
