This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Conduct screenings, biopsychosocial and substance use assessments, develop treatment plans, perform reassessments, plan for discharge, and provide clinically relevant referrals.

β€’ Introduce participants to the expectations of the Contingency Management program, outlining target behaviors, attendance obligations, weekly drug testing procedures, incentive opportunities, confidentiality, grievance procedures, and participants' rights and responsibilities.

β€’ Collaborate with Contingency Management staff on weekly drug screening processes, which include scheduling, follow-up on results, documentation, and addressing missed, delayed, positive, or disputed screenings.

β€’ Utilize drug screening outcomes and clinical observations to direct treatment, affirm progress, and respond therapeutically to instances of substance use or lack of engagement.

β€’ Record clinical services, program participation status, incentive-related details, drug screening decisions, care coordination, safety issues, and follow-up actions in the electronic health record within mandated timelines.

β€’ Coordinate care with both internal team members and external providers, such as MOUD/MAT providers, primary care physicians, probation/court partners when releases allow, community resources, and supports identified by participants.

β€’ Recognize urgent safety or level-of-care issues, including intoxication, withdrawal, suicidality, homicidality, aggression, or medical instability, and manage crisis, emergency, or higher level-of-care referrals when necessary.

β€’ Engage in supervision, case reviews, fidelity monitoring, quality assurance, and outcome reporting activities, including ASAM/SUPRT outcome measures and service task documentation.

β€’ Uphold ethical boundaries, participant confidentiality, equitable access to incentives, cultural humility, and trauma-informed interactions with participants, families, staff, and community partners.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or a related discipline.

β€’ A valid clinical license for Florida is mandatory.

β€’ At least 2 years of experience in substance use, behavioral health, or a similar field.

β€’ Must successfully pass a Level II background screening, local law enforcement check, and drug test.

β€’ Possession of a valid driver's license and auto insurance is required.
