Licensed Telehealth Therapist – Mental Health Counselor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Offer therapy to autistic and neurodivergent adults through telehealth platforms.

• Ensure outstanding client care while Prosper handles administrative responsibilities, insurance billing, and client acquisition.

• Establish a personal work schedule that ranges from 7 am to 10 pm, seven days a week.

• Develop a caseload through consistent client referrals.

• Maintain availability of 25+ hours weekly for full-time positions or 15+ hours for part-time roles.

• Engage in peer consultation, specialized training, monthly case conferences, weekly drop-ins, and the clinical community.

• Provide affirming, accessible, and client-centered mental health services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Licensed independent mental health professional (LCSW, LPC, LMHC).

• Strong clinical expertise in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, or ACT.

• Interest in supporting autistic or neurodivergent adults.

• Proficiency with technology and virtual care platforms, including Zoom, EHR, and Slack.

• Exceptional communication skills and a dedication to client-centered care.

• Telehealth experience is preferred but not mandatory.

• Full-time positions require 25+ hours of weekly availability and a caseload of over 25 clients.

• Part-time positions require 15+ hours of weekly availability and a caseload of at least 15 clients.
