Licensed Telehealth Therapist, Mental Health Counselor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Deliver therapy to adults who are autistic and neurodivergent through telehealth platforms.

• Offer specialized mental health services that affirm neurodiversity.

• Ensure outstanding client care while Prosper handles administrative responsibilities, including insurance billing and client acquisition.

• Develop and maintain a caseload through referrals from clients.

• Create a schedule that accommodates personal requirements and promotes work-life balance.

• Engage in peer consultation, specialized training sessions, monthly case conferences, and weekly clinical community drop-ins.

• Conduct sessions following a fee-for-service framework.

⛳️ Requirements

• Licensed independent mental health professional (LCSW, LPC, LMHC).

• Strong clinical expertise in evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, or ACT.

• Genuine interest in supporting autistic or neurodivergent adults.

• Proficiency with technology and virtual care tools, including Zoom, EHR, and Slack.

• Outstanding communication abilities.

• Dedication to providing client-centered care.

• Experience in telehealth is preferred but not mandatory.

• Massachusetts licensure is assumed by the role title and required licensed-professional credentials.
