Licensed Telehealth Therapist / Mental Health Counselor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Deliver therapy to adults who are autistic and neurodivergent through telehealth platforms.

• Ensure exceptional client care as Prosper manages administrative duties, insurance billing, and client acquisition.

• Create a work schedule that accommodates personal needs and promotes work-life balance.

• Develop a caseload through consistent client referrals.

• Offer affirming and accessible mental health services tailored for the neurodivergent community.

• Engage in peer consultation, specialized training sessions, monthly case conferences, and weekly clinical community drop-ins.

⛳️ Requirements

• Licensed independent mental health professional (LCSW, LPC, LMHC).

• Proficient clinical skills in evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, or ACT.

• Enthusiasm for working with adults who are autistic or neurodivergent.

• Familiarity with technology and virtual care tools, including Zoom, EHR, and Slack.

• Strong communication skills and a dedication to client-centered care.

• Prior telehealth experience is preferred but not mandatory.
