Licensed Talk Therapist – Fee For Service

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Deliver compassionate, evidence-driven telehealth services to clients located in Oregon.

• Provide treatment for a diverse range of clients, including couples and children.

• Assist clients in achieving measurable improvements in their well-being.

• Utilize telehealth and electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.

• Maintain availability for a minimum of 25 sessions and 30 hours each week.

• Establish a full caseload within 90 days of obtaining credentialing.

• Engage in credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing activities supported by the organization.

• Collaborate with clinical support, participate in monthly case consultations, and connect with the provider community.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be independently licensed and residing in Oregon—LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD (Licensed Psychologist).

• Available consistently for a minimum of 25 sessions and 30 hours weekly.

• Open to working with a diverse client base, including couples and children.

• Committed to facilitating measurable progress for clients.

• Proficient in using contemporary clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR systems.

• Applicants must possess legal authorization to work in the United States at the time of hiring.

• This position does not qualify for employment visa sponsorship, either currently or in the future.

• Employment will be under W2 status.
