Licensed Talk Therapist – Fee For Service

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Montana.

📋 Description

• Deliver telehealth sessions to clients located in Montana.

• Offer compassionate, evidence-based mental health services.

• Work with a diverse clientele, including couples and children.

• Assist clients in achieving measurable progress.

• Establish a full caseload within 90 days of obtaining credentials.

• Ensure availability for appointments seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.

• Engage in clinical support, monthly case consultations, and contribute to the provider community.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be independently licensed and residing in Montana — LCPC, LMFT, LCSW, or PhD (Licensed Psychologist).

• Minimum requirement of 25 sessions and 30 hours of availability each week.

• Willingness to treat a diverse range of clients, including couples and children.

• Committed to helping clients achieve measurable progress.

• Proficient in telehealth practices and EHR tools.

• A positive team player and contributor.

• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hiring.

• This position does not qualify for employment visa sponsorship, now or in the future.

• W2 employment status.
