Licensed Talk Therapist – Fee For Service

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.

📋 Description

• Deliver telehealth sessions to clients residing in Kansas

• Provide empathetic, evidence-based mental health services

• Serve a diverse range of clients, including couples and children

• Assist clients in achieving measurable improvements

• Utilize telehealth and electronic health record (EHR) systems

• Maintain a minimum availability of 25 sessions with 30 hours each week

• Establish a full caseload within 90 days post-credentialing

• Work flexible hours seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET

• Engage in credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support activities

• Take part in orientation, training, live clinical support, and monthly case consultations

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be independently licensed and residing in Kansas — LCPC, LCMFT, LSCSW, or Licensed Psychologist

• Must be consistently available for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of weekly availability

• Willingness to treat a variety of clients, including couples and children

• Committed to aiding clients in making measurable progress

• Proficient in using modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR systems

• A good team player and a positive contributor

• Applicants must have legal authorization to work in the United States at the time of hiring

• This position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship, either now or in the future
