Licensed Talk Therapist – Fee For Service

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Deliver empathetic, evidence-driven telehealth services.

• Provide care for a diverse range of clients, including couples and children.

• Assist clients in achieving measurable advancements.

• Maintain a commitment to at least 25 sessions and 30 hours per week.

• Utilize telehealth and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.

• Establish a full caseload within 90 days post-credentialing.

• Engage in a clinical community and contribute positively as a team member.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess an independent license and reside in Washington, DC — LPC, LMFT, LICSW, or PhD (Licensed Psychologist).

• Availability for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of client availability weekly.

• Willingness to work with a diverse client base, including couples and children.

• Committed to facilitating measurable progress for clients.

• Proficient in utilizing telehealth and EHR technologies.

• Capability to work as a W2 employee.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hiring.

• This position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship, either now or in the future.
