Licensed Social Worker, LSW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Deliver telehealth therapy services to the Medicaid demographic.

• Concentrate on clinical care while the organization manages billing, insurance, and credentialing.

• Establish your own hours and availability and select which referrals to accept.

• Create a varied caseload through the company's referral network.

• Collaborate with an independently licensed supervisor while accumulating hours towards full licensure.

• Provide therapy or assessment services utilizing EHR systems and digital tools.

• Formulate customized treatment plans.

• Execute detailed assessments to guide care strategies.

• Work together with clients to assist them in achieving their objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A valid LSW license in good standing in Ohio.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work.

• At least 6 months of practical experience in therapy or assessment.

• Personal malpractice insurance ($1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate).

• Proficient with EHR systems and other digital tools.

• A quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office.

• Personal computer and dependable internet for secure virtual sessions.

• Fluency in English.

• Proficiency in Spanish is preferred.

• Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

• Strong understanding of mental health diagnoses.

• Experience in creating effective, personalized treatment plans.

• Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments to inform care strategies.
