Licensed Social Worker, LSW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Deliver telehealth therapy services to the Medicaid population.

• Concentrate on clinical care while the employer manages billing, insurance, and credentialing processes.

• Choose referrals and create a flexible caseload.

• Perform therapy or assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active LSW/SWC license in good standing in Colorado.

• Master's degree in Social Work.

• At least 6 months of practical therapy or assessment experience.

• Personal malpractice coverage of $1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate.

• Proficiency with EHR systems and other digital tools.

• A quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office environment.

• Personal computer and reliable internet for secure virtual sessions.

• Fluency in English.

• Proficiency in Spanish is preferred; additional languages are an advantage.

• Strong understanding of mental health diagnoses.

• Knowledge in developing effective, personalized treatment plans.

• Ability to conduct thorough assessments to inform care strategies.
