Licensed Social Worker, LSW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Deliver comprehensive outpatient services via Brave Health's telehealth platform.

• Offer mental health care to patients of all ages, including adolescents aged 13–17.

• Assess and treat mental health and/or substance use disorders.

• Create individualized treatment plans.

• Perform thorough evaluations.

• Collaborate with clients to help them reach their objectives.

• Provide around 30 hours of direct patient care each week, typically seeing 6–8 patients daily.

• Maintain clinical documentation in real-time during patient interactions.

• Utilize telehealth software, video conferencing, and internal communication tools to deliver care.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree and appropriate licensure.

• Unrestricted eligibility to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.

• A private workspace at home to ensure patient safety and comply with HIPAA regulations.

• Proficiency in English.

• Spanish language skills preferred; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.

• Understanding of mental health and/or substance use disorder diagnoses.

• Experience in treatment planning.

• Comfortable using telehealth platforms, video conferencing, and internal communication tools.

• Proven experience in collaborating with clients to achieve their goals.

• Capability to conduct comprehensive assessments.

• Willingness to provide therapy to adolescents aged 13–17.

• Ability to offer approximately 30 hours of patient-facing time weekly, typically seeing 6–8 patients per day.

• Competence in completing clinical documentation concurrently with patient sessions.

• Ongoing, unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S. without dependency on visa sponsorship or renewals.
