This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +30 more states.
• Formulate and execute strategic sales plans aimed at achieving company objectives and surpassing daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Mentor, motivate, and involve 12–14 Sales Agents within a call-center setting.
• Achieve or exceed performance targets and established standards for agents.
• Deliver data reporting, analysis, and monitoring of both team and individual Agent sales achievements.
• Build effective and professional relationships with key stakeholders in other departments.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to facilitate product development and improvements.
• Create and introduce new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to enhance productivity.
• Support the recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and training processes for new Sales Agents.
• Supervise seasoned insurance Sales Agents and drive call-center performance metrics.
• Recognize coaching opportunities, celebrate team successes, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments to guarantee that the sales team has the necessary tools for success.
• Over 5 years of sales experience.
• More than 2 years of experience in managing Sales Agents.
• Active Property and Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines (PL) license.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales objectives and performance metrics.
• Complete understanding of the insurance sales process from start to finish.
• Capability to train and improve internal processes.
• Proficient in sales software (CRM) and reporting tools.
• Ability to leverage data in decision-making.
• Skill in understanding agent and customer needs to provide customized solutions.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Must be able to reside and work full-time in one of the specified U.S. states.
• Availability required Monday–Friday for either 9:00 AM–6:00 PM CST or 11:00 AM–8:00 PM CST.
• Required to work a rotating Saturday shift every 4–6 weeks.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
