Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, LPCC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Deliver outpatient mental health services via Brave Health’s telehealth program.

• Offer individualized psychotherapy to patients of all ages, including adolescents aged 13–17.

• Identify and manage mental health and/or substance abuse disorders.

• Create tailored treatment plans.

• Perform thorough clinical assessments.

• Collaborate with clients to meet their treatment objectives.

• Utilize telehealth software, video conferencing, and internal communication platforms.

• Complete clinical documentation in real-time during patient appointments.

• Provide around 30 hours of patient-facing care weekly, typically seeing 6–8 patients each day.

• Maintain a consistent Monday–Friday schedule within an assigned shift of 9am–6pm, 10am–7pm, or 11am–8pm EDT.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master's degree and relevant licensure.

• Unrestricted eligibility to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.

• A private home office to ensure patient safety and HIPAA compliance.

• Proficiency in English; Spanish fluency is preferred, and knowledge of other languages is advantageous.

• Familiarity with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses.

• Skills in treatment planning.

• Comfort with telehealth technology, video communication, and internal communication tools.

• Experience working collaboratively with clients to meet their goals.

• Capability to perform comprehensive assessments.

• Current independent clinical licensure.

• Willingness to acquire additional state licenses as necessary.

• Ability to adhere to a fixed Monday–Friday work schedule.

• Openness to provide therapy to adolescents aged 13–17.

• Commitment to approximately 30 patient-facing hours weekly, typically seeing 6–8 patients daily.

• Competence in completing clinical documentation concurrently during patient sessions.
