Licensed Physician (MD/DO), Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Assess clinical EHR scenarios along with questions, suggested answers, and distractor options related to diagnosis and treatment activities.

• Evaluate the quality of clinical reasoning, the accuracy and completeness of vignettes, the correctness and gradability of answers, and the quality of distractors.

• Determine if reasoning chains derive answers solely from the facts presented in the vignettes.

• Rectify reasoning paths and compose brief rationales.

• Operate within three independent blind evaluations followed by physician review.

• Fulfill project-related tasks within specified timelines and acceptance standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently practicing physician with a medical degree (MD or DO).

• Active, unrestricted US medical license, which will be verified at onboarding and re-checked monthly.

• Board certification or completion of residency training.

• Recent experience in direct patient care; attending-level is preferred.

• Extensive diagnostic and treatment experience across multiple systems in internal, family, emergency, or hospital medicine.

• Strong clinical reasoning skills, including differential diagnosis, next-step management, and the application of evidence-based guidelines.

• Previous experience in medical AI evaluation, clinical content or exam question review, or medical annotation/quality assurance is advantageous.

• Proficient written English (C1+).

• Not appropriate for medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians, or non-clinical healthcare roles.
