This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assess clinical EHR vignettes accompanied by questions, proposed answers, and distractor trap answers pertaining to diagnosis and treatment tasks.

• Evaluate the quality of clinical reasoning, the accuracy and completeness of vignettes, correctness and gradeability of answers, and the quality of distractor traps.

• Verify whether reasoning chains derive answers solely from the facts presented in the vignettes.

• Correct reasoning pathways and compose concise rationales.

• Engage in three independent blind evaluations followed by adjudication by physicians.

• Contribute to project-based AI evaluation initiatives for leading technology companies through Mindrift.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a US-based, actively practicing physician (MD/DO).

• Hold a medical degree (MD or DO).

• Possess an active, unrestricted US medical license, verified by the issuing medical board.

• Have board certification or have completed residency training.

• Recent experience in direct patient care; attending-level preferred.

• Broad, multi-system diagnostic and treatment experience in internal, family, emergency, or hospital medicine.

• Demonstrate strong clinical reasoning skills, including differential diagnosis, next-step management, and the application of evidence-based guidelines.

• Previous experience in medical AI evaluation, clinical content or exam-question review, or medical annotation/QA is advantageous.

• Proficient written English (C1+).

• Not suitable for medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians, or non-clinical healthcare roles.

• CV must be submitted in English, indicating the level of English proficiency.

• Tasks must be completed by specified deadlines and meet established acceptance criteria.
