Licensed Physician (MD/DO), Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Analyze clinical EHR vignettes along with associated questions, suggested answers, and misleading options related to diagnosis and treatment tasks.

• Evaluate cases across various systems including cardiovascular, nervous, hematologic, respiratory, digestive, urinary, reproductive, musculoskeletal, and integumentary.

• Assess the quality of clinical reasoning, accuracy and completeness of vignettes, clarity of answers, correctness and gradeability of responses, and the quality of distractor options.

• Confirm whether reasoning chains derive answers solely from the facts presented in the vignettes.

• Rectify reasoning pathways and compose concise rationales.

• Operate within a framework of three independent blind reviews followed by physician adjudication.

• Dedicate approximately 10–20 hours per week during active project phases.

• Meet submission deadlines and fulfill acceptance criteria.

⛳️ Requirements

• Provide a CV in English and specify your level of English proficiency.

• Must be a US-based, actively practicing physician.

• Hold a medical degree (MD or DO).

• Possess an active, unrestricted US medical license, confirmed by the respective medical board.

• Have board certification or completed residency training.

• Recent experience in direct patient care is preferred, ideally at the attending level.

• Extensive, multi-system diagnostic and treatment experience in internal, family, emergency, or hospital medicine.

• Demonstrate strong clinical reasoning skills, including differential diagnosis, management steps, and application of evidence-based guidelines.

• Exhibit strong written English skills (C1+).

• Not suitable for medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians, or those with non-clinical healthcare titles.
