Licensed Physician (MD/DO), Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Assess clinical EHR vignettes along with associated questions, proposed answers, and distractor trap answers pertaining to diagnosis and treatment tasks.

• Evaluate the quality of clinical reasoning, the accuracy and completeness of vignettes, the correctness and gradeability of answers, and the quality of traps.

• Verify if reasoning chains derive answers solely from the facts provided in the vignettes.

• Amend reasoning traces and compose brief rationales.

• Operate through three independent blind reviews followed by physician adjudication.

• Fulfill qualifications, engage in a project, complete assigned tasks, and submit them in accordance with acceptance criteria.

⛳️ Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or DO).

• An active, unrestricted US medical license, verified during onboarding and re-verified monthly.

• Board certification or completion of residency training.

• Recent direct patient care experience; attending-level preferred.

• Extensive diagnostic and treatment experience across multiple systems in internal, family, emergency, or hospital medicine.

• Proficient clinical reasoning skills, including differential diagnosis, next-step management, and the application of evidence-based guidelines.

• Previous experience in medical AI evaluation, clinical content or exam-question review, or medical annotation/QA is advantageous.

• Strong proficiency in written English (C1+).

• Not suitable for medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians, or non-clinical healthcare roles.
