Licensed Physician (MD/DO) – Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Review clinical EHR vignettes that include questions, suggested answers, and misleading “trap” answers related to diagnosis and treatment tasks.

• Evaluate vignettes that cover cardiovascular, nervous, hematologic, respiratory, digestive, urinary, reproductive, musculoskeletal, and integumentary systems.

• Assess the quality of clinical reasoning, accuracy and completeness of vignettes, correctness and gradeability of answers, whether the vignette reveals the answer, and the quality of traps.

• Verify if reasoning pathways lead to answers based solely on the facts presented in the vignette.

• Correct reasoning paths and provide concise rationales.

• Participate in three independent blind reviews followed by physician adjudication.

• Adhere to deadlines for task submissions and meet specified acceptance criteria.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a US-based, actively practicing physician holding an MD or DO degree.

• Must possess an active, unrestricted US medical license, verified by the issuing medical board.

• Board certification or completion of residency training is required.

• Recent experience in direct patient care is necessary; attending-level experience is preferred.

• Extensive diagnostic and treatment experience across multiple systems in internal, family, emergency, or hospital medicine.

• Strong clinical reasoning skills, including differential diagnosis, next-step management, and application of evidence-based guidelines.

• Prior experience with medical AI evaluation, clinical content or exam-question review, or medical annotation/quality assurance is advantageous.

• Proficient written English skills (C1+ level).

• Not suitable for medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians, or those with non-clinical healthcare roles.

• Resume must be submitted in English, indicating English proficiency level.
