This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Annotate and assess AI-generated health-related content.

• Review responses to clinical inquiries and evaluate their medical accuracy and safety.

• Label AI outputs according to established quality standards.

• Develop intricate and realistic tasks for advanced AI agents utilizing fragmented patient data, conditional clinical procedures, and diagnostic reasoning.

• Construct detailed task versions with objective evaluation criteria.

• Create ambiguous task versions that enable AI agents to perform effectively with minimal guidance.

• Contribute to AI training initiatives focused on healthcare for prominent technology firms.

• Engage in project-based work during active periods, estimated at 10–20 hours per week.

⛳️ Requirements

• US-based practicing physician or another licensed medical professional.

• Degree in Medicine or a relevant field such as nursing, psychology, or dietetics, including clinical training in diagnosing and managing medical conditions.

• Current and valid US license to practice; medical license for physicians or appropriate state license for related roles.

• Active participation in clinical practice.

• A minimum of 3 years of direct clinical experience.

• Proficient written English (C1+ level).

• CV submitted in English.
