Licensed Physician, Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Assess clinical EHR vignettes accompanied by questions, suggested answers, and distractor "trap" answers related to diagnosis and treatment tasks.

• Review cases that cover cardiovascular, nervous, hematologic, respiratory, digestive, urinary, reproductive, musculoskeletal, and integumentary systems.

• Evaluate the quality of clinical reasoning, accuracy and completeness of vignettes, correctness and gradeability of answers, and quality of traps.

• Determine if reasoning leads to the answer based solely on the facts provided in the vignette.

• Correct reasoning pathways and create concise rationales.

• Collaborate through three independent blind readings followed by physician adjudication.

• Complete tasks by established deadlines and fulfill specified acceptance criteria.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a US-based, actively practicing physician with an MD or DO degree.

• Hold an active, unrestricted US medical license, verified by the issuing medical board.

• Possess board certification or have completed residency training.

• Have recent direct patient care experience, with a preference for those at the attending level.

• Demonstrate extensive multi-system diagnostic and treatment experience in internal, family, emergency, or hospital medicine.

• Exhibit strong clinical reasoning skills, including differential diagnosis, next-step management, and application of evidence-based guidelines.

• Previous experience in medical AI evaluation, clinical content or exam-question review, or medical annotation/QA is advantageous.

• Proficient in written English (C1+ level).

• This position is not suitable for medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians, or individuals holding non-clinical healthcare titles.
