Licensed Physician – Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Analyze clinical EHR vignettes alongside associated questions, suggested answers, and distractor options.

• Evaluate diagnosis and treatment assignments across various body systems.

• Assess the accuracy and completeness of vignettes, the correctness and gradeability of answers, the quality of clinical reasoning, and the effectiveness of distractors.

• Confirm that reasoning chains derive conclusions solely from the facts presented in the vignettes.

• Revise reasoning pathways and compose concise rationales.

• Perform three independent blind assessments followed by physician adjudication.

• Submit tasks within designated project timelines and adhere to acceptance criteria.

⛳️ Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or DO) is required.

• Must possess an active, unrestricted US medical license, verified during onboarding and re-checked monthly.

• Candidate must be an actively practicing physician.

• Board certification or completion of residency training is essential.

• Recent experience in direct patient care is preferred, ideally at the attending level.

• Extensive multi-system diagnostic and treatment experience in internal medicine, family medicine, emergency medicine, or hospital medicine is required.

• Strong clinical reasoning skills, including differential diagnosis, next-step management, and adherence to evidence-based guidelines, are necessary.

• Previous experience in medical AI evaluation, clinical content or exam-question review, or medical annotation/QA is advantageous.

• Proficiency in written English (C1+) is mandatory.

• This position is not suitable for medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians, or individuals holding non-clinical healthcare roles.
