This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Annotate and assess health content generated by AI.
• Evaluate responses to clinical inquiries, ensuring medical accuracy and safety.
• Label AI outputs based on established quality standards.
• Design intricate, realistic tasks aimed at testing advanced AI agents.
• Create tasks that involve distributed patient information, conditional clinical procedures, and diagnostic reasoning.
• Develop comprehensive task versions that include objective scoring criteria.
• Write ambiguous task versions to enhance AI training with minimal guidance.
• Collaborate on health-focused AI training initiatives for prominent technology firms.
• Engage in project-oriented work during active project phases.
• Must be a practicing physician (MD/DO) in the US or a licensed clinical professional in a related field.
• Hold a degree in Medicine or a related field such as nursing, psychology, or dietetics, with clinical training in diagnosing and managing medical issues.
• Possess a current, valid license to practice in the US.
• Maintain an active clinical practice.
• Have over 3 years of practical clinical experience.
• Exhibit strong written English skills (C1+ level).

• Ensure tasks are submitted by the deadline and fulfill the acceptance criteria outlined.
• Engage in project-based, temporary work.
• Participate in part-time projects.
• Tasks are estimated to require approximately 10–20 hours per week during active project phases.
• Compensation can reach up to the equivalent of $240/hr, paid per accepted task (task-based compensation, not a guaranteed hourly wage).
