Licensed Physician, Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assess clinical EHR vignettes accompanied by questions, suggested answers, and misleading distractor options across diagnostic and treatment tasks.

• Analyze cases related to cardiovascular, nervous, hematologic, respiratory, digestive, urinary, reproductive, musculoskeletal, and integumentary systems.

• Evaluate the quality of clinical reasoning, the accuracy and completeness of vignettes, the correctness and gradeability of answers, and the quality of distractors.

• Determine if reasoning chains lead to answers solely based on the facts presented in the vignettes.

• Rectify reasoning pathways and compose concise rationales.

• Conduct three independent blind assessments followed by physician adjudication.

• Complete tasks within project deadlines and adhere to acceptance criteria.

⛳️ Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or DO).

• Active, unrestricted US medical license, verified at onboarding and subject to monthly re-checks.

• Currently practicing as a physician.

• Board certification or completion of residency training.

• Recent direct patient care experience; attending-level preferred.

• Extensive multi-system diagnostic and treatment expertise in internal, family, emergency, or hospital medicine.

• Strong clinical reasoning skills, including differential diagnosis, next-step management, and the application of evidence-based guidelines.

• Experience in medical AI evaluation, clinical content review, exam-question assessment, or medical annotation/QA is an advantage.

• Excellent written English skills (C1+).

• Not suitable for medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians, or individuals holding non-clinical healthcare titles.
