Licensed Physician, Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assess clinical EHR vignettes along with related questions, proposed responses, and misleading distractor answers regarding diagnosis and treatment tasks.

• Evaluate the quality of clinical reasoning, accuracy and completeness of vignettes, disclosure of answers, correctness and gradeability of answers, as well as the quality of distractors.

• Determine if reasoning chains derive answers solely from vignette facts.

• Correct reasoning pathways and compose brief rationales.

• Operate within three independent blind reviews followed by adjudication by a physician.

• Enhance AI tools through clinical assessment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a US-based, actively practicing physician.

• Hold a medical degree (MD or DO).

• Possess an active, unrestricted US medical license, confirmed with the issuing medical board.

• Have board certification or have completed residency training.

• Recent experience in direct patient care; attending-level experience is preferred.

• Extensive multi-system diagnostic and treatment experience in internal medicine, family medicine, emergency medicine, or hospital medicine.

• Excellent clinical reasoning skills, including differential diagnosis, management of next steps, and application of evidence-based guidelines.

• Previous involvement in medical AI evaluation, clinical content or exam-question review, or medical annotation/QA is advantageous.

• Proficient written English (C1+ level).

• Not suitable for medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians, or non-clinical healthcare professionals.

• Tasks must be completed by set deadlines and meet specified acceptance criteria.
