Licensed Physician, Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Analyze and assess AI-generated health-related content.

• Evaluate responses to clinical inquiries.

• Determine the medical accuracy and safety of the content.

• Classify AI outputs according to established quality standards.

• Design intricate, realistic assignments for advanced AI agents.

• Create tasks that incorporate dispersed patient information, conditional clinical protocols, and diagnostic reasoning.

• Develop comprehensive task versions with objective evaluation criteria.

• Construct ambiguous scenarios intended to train AI agents to perform effectively with minimal guidance.

• Submit assignments by specified deadlines and adhere to acceptance standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Provide a CV in English.

• Specify your level of English proficiency.

• Must be a practicing physician or other licensed clinical professional based in the US.

• Hold a degree in Medicine or a related field (such as nursing, psychology, dietetics, etc.) that includes clinical training for diagnosing and managing medical conditions.

• Have a current and valid US license to practice.

• Engage in active clinical practice.

• Possess 3+ years of practical clinical experience.

• Demonstrate strong written English skills (C1+).

• Board certification is an advantage.

• Open to specialists and experienced practitioners.
