Licensed Physician, Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assess clinical EHR vignettes alongside associated questions, proposed answers, and misleading distractor answers within diagnosis and treatment tasks.

• Examine cases covering cardiovascular, nervous, hematologic, respiratory, digestive, urinary, reproductive, musculoskeletal, and integumentary systems.

• Evaluate the quality of clinical reasoning, accuracy and completeness of vignettes, correctness and gradeability of answers, and quality of distractors.

• Determine if the reasoning leads to the answer solely based on facts presented in the vignette.

• Correct reasoning pathways and compose brief rationales.

• Engage in three independent blind assessments followed by physician adjudication.

• Complete tasks within deadlines and adhere to acceptance criteria.

⛳️ Requirements

• Licensed, practicing physician in the U.S. with an MD or DO.

• Current, unrestricted U.S. medical license, validated by the issuing medical board.

• Board certification or completion of residency training.

• Recent hands-on patient care experience; attending-level preferred.

• Extensive multi-system diagnostic and treatment knowledge in internal, family, emergency, or hospital medicine.

• Exceptional clinical reasoning skills, encompassing differential diagnosis, next-step management, and the application of evidence-based guidelines.

• Previous involvement in medical AI evaluation, clinical content or exam-question review, or medical annotation/QA is advantageous.

• Proficient written English (C1+).

• CV must be submitted in English with indicated English proficiency level.

• Not suitable for medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians, or individuals with non-clinical healthcare titles.
